Subscription cancellation
OnlyForTen offers a $9.99 USD monthly subscription and a $99.99 USD annual subscription. Cancel anytime through the available billing portal; cancellation prevents future renewals and normally preserves paid access through the current paid period.
There are no prorated refunds for unused time. Payments are generally non-refundable except where required by law. Duplicate charges, billing errors, or exceptional technical failures may be reviewed through support.
Your website after cancellation
Cancellation does not immediately delete your website content. When paid publishing entitlement ends, the public website may be taken offline while the stored site is retained privately. OnlyForTen currently aims to keep suspended website content for at least 30 days so you can reactivate and restore service without rebuilding. After that period, content may be deleted under our normal retention practices. Account deletion can be requested separately through support.
Your domain after cancellation
Once an included domain registration has been submitted to the registrar, the registration and its registration fee are final and non-refundable. Canceling OnlyForTen does not automatically cancel or erase an already-registered domain. The domain normally remains registered through its existing term. Auto-renew is off by default; after the included first year, renewal is customer-paid at the then-current registrar price.
If you leave OnlyForTen and want to move an eligible registered domain elsewhere, contact support for reasonable transfer assistance. Transfer timing, locks, verification, fees, and eligibility are controlled by registrar, registry, and ICANN rules. If you do not renew or transfer the domain before expiration, it may expire or enter redemption.
