Service and accounts
OnlyForTen provides self-service business website creation, publishing, hosting, SSL delivery, and website-management tools. You are responsible for your account and for the accuracy and legality of information you provide.
Content and acceptable use
You retain ownership of submitted content and grant OnlyForTen the limited license needed to store, process, host, and display it as part of the service. Do not submit or use the service for illegal, deceptive, infringing, abusive, malicious, security-invasive, spam, automated-abuse, or platform-disruptive activity.
Hosting and fair use
Hosting is included for normal business website usage. Excessive, abusive, automated, or unusually resource-intensive traffic or activity may require additional capacity, protective limits, temporary restriction, or a plan adjustment. OnlyForTen may apply reasonable rate limits, firewall controls, bot protections, upload limits, or other safeguards to protect customers, infrastructure, and service availability.
Subscription
OnlyForTen offers a $9.99 USD recurring monthly plan and a $99.99 USD recurring annual plan. There is no paid-plan trial. You can build and preview your website free without an account or credit card. A paid subscription is required when you publish. Cancellation through the available billing portal prevents future renewals and normally leaves paid access through the current paid period.
Cancellation and website retention
When publishing entitlement ends, a live website may be taken offline while its stored website content is preserved privately. OnlyForTen currently aims to retain suspended website content for at least 30 days after paid access ends so a customer can reactivate without immediately rebuilding. After that retention window, content may be deleted as part of normal data-lifecycle operations unless a longer period is required by law, support handling, or another stated policy. Reactivation before deletion can restore an eligible previously published site.
Included domain offer
The $9.99 monthly plan may include one eligible low-cost standard custom domain for the first registration year, subject to live availability and OnlyForTen’s current registration-cost limit. The $99.99 annual plan may include one eligible standard non-premium custom domain for the first registration year. Annual customers may choose any Monthly-eligible extension plus supported standard options such as .com, .net, or .org when the live registration price is within OnlyForTen’s current annual domain-cost limit. Premium domains are excluded.
Domain registration, renewal, cancellation, and transfer
Domain registrations are subject to registrar, registry, ICANN, and applicable country-code rules. The registrant information you provide must be accurate. The included offer pays the first registration year only. Auto-renew is kept off by default so OnlyForTen does not silently pay future renewals with its own funds. After the included first year, renewal is the customer’s responsibility at the then-current registrar price, which may change.
Canceling OnlyForTen does not automatically erase an already-registered domain or shorten its existing registration term. The domain remains subject to its registration expiration date and registrar rules. A customer may request reasonable assistance transferring an eligible domain to another registrar or account, subject to registry/registrar transfer locks, verification requirements, fees, disputes, and other applicable rules. If a domain is not renewed before expiration, it may expire, stop resolving, or enter a paid redemption period.
Website versions and recovery
OnlyForTen may keep limited previous published website versions to support recovery from accidental or unwanted changes. Version history is a convenience and is not a substitute for records you are independently required to keep.
Availability and enforcement
Availability is not guaranteed uninterrupted. Accounts, content, domains, or traffic may be restricted or suspended for abuse, security, legal, payment, or platform-integrity reasons. Reasonable disclaimers and limits of liability apply to the extent permitted by law.
